50% of time will be spent on the following duties:
Inside sales management
-manage messaging
-defining call scripts
-quota and metrics management for India team and resource in NA
25% Cold Calls and follow up on Marketing Campaigns
25% Marketing
-Event planning
-Define Campaigns and collateral
-Booth Planning
-Managing Webinars
-Coordinate mailers and followup
Needs prior management experience, at least 2 years of experience Inside Sales, take charge kind of person that’s not afraid to push cold callers to hit quotas,
Should have experience in IT consulting ideally familiarity in CRM, BI, ERP, and Managed Services
Career path could move into either Marketing or Sales rep roles.
Location could be anywhere but Chicago, Philly and Phoenix are tops.
